Investigating Practice Education Concerns

Clinical faculty will use the following to investigate practice education concerns. 

• Direct observation and supervision.
• Information from preceptors, patients, families, staff members, and others.
• Preceptor feedback forms, SOAP notes, and reflections.
• Documentation of incidents (i.e., medication incidents client injury reports).
