Looking for OER resources for your program?
Interested in implementing open education resources or an open textbook in your course? Check out the Open Education Resources (OER) Directory for Saskatchewan Polytechnic, which lists some options based on the school and program areas.
You can also contact the library for assistance by emailing pressbooks@saskpolytech.ca.
Grant Funding
If you have an idea for an open education resource or zero textbook cost strategy for your area, but don’t know how to make it happen, contact the Scholarly Communication Librarian. We can discus the 2023 OER Grant program and how to apply for funding to support your project ideas. The application deadline has been extended to January 31, 2023.
By transitioning your course to Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) or developing an Open Education Resource (OER), you can support innovation in teaching and delivery and eliminate textbook costs for students all while maintaining or even enhancing learning effectiveness.
