Investigating Practice Education Concerns
Clinical Faculty will use the following to investigate practice education concerns.
- Direct observation and supervision.
- Information from preceptors, patients, families, staff members, and others.
- Individual Development Plans, feedback forms, SOAP notes, and reflections.
- Documentation of incidents (i.e., medication incidents client injury reports).
