This is a British Columbia created resource.Underground Miner Curriculum by B.C. Centre of Training Excellence in Mining (CC BY-SA)

These three resources are related to entry-level underground mining in British Columbia. The first item is a provincial curriculum framework containing three modules (provincial theory, site-specific theory, and hands-on equipment); the second is a “train-the-trainer” guide for instructors who might use the curriculum, and the third is a transferable skills toolkit for underground miners. These resources are provided by the B.C. Centre of Training Excellence in Mining (CTEM).
