Journal of Sport Science and Fitness (JSSF) is an open access online journal and printed by request, which published by Department of Sports Science, Faculty of Sports Science, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia. It is a special platform for sport scientist, lecturers, students, or even sport practitioners who want to publish their scientific works such as original papers, reviews and short reports. Hence, it aims to provide reliable source of information on current developments in the fields related to adaptive physical exercise, physical fitness, sport nutrition, and motion analysis for anyone who interested on sports science issues.
